Mary E. Evans, Office Manager

Mary serves as the Office Manager and has been part of the Student Orientation office for 11 of the 12 years she has been with the University of Tennessee. Prior to working with Orientation, Mary spent a year in the Office of the Dean of Students.

Mary completed her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2001. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Mary is the wife of Charles Evans and the mother/step mother of 5 children: David Evans of Marksville, LA, Lisa Evans of Alexandria, LA, Ted Williams of Springfield, VA, Wendy Williams of Huntington, WV, and Roberta Williams of Townsend, TN. She has 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Mary and her family love to camp and have traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada.
