What is the most important piece of advice you would give new students?
- The most important piece of advice that I have for new students is to get involved. UT offers a wide variety of programs such as intramurals and club sports teams, Student Government Association, Greek organizations, and many others. Take advantage of these fun programs!
What is your most memorable UT experience so far?
- My most memorable experience at UT has been my first football game. I am a part of Orange Nation and that game is when I learned what people mean when they say they “bleed orange.” It was great to see so much UT pride.
How did you decide on your major?
- The first time that I went to Sea World I decided that I wanted to be a marine biologist. UT, being located in a landlocked state, does not offer that as a major. So while at UT I plan to major in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and then go to graduate school for marine biology.
