What is the most important piece of advice you would give new students?

  • Don’t stretch yourself too thin. It’s so important to get involved and experience all that UT has to offer, but make sure you leave time to study. Take time out for yourself when you need it, go to class, study, get involved, and enjoy your time here!

What is your favorite extracurricular experience?

  • It is a tie!
    1) Being an Orientation Leader! I have made so many friends and learned so much about myself and the University. It is so rewarding each day to make a difference with new students and parents.
    2) My sorority! The Greek community has helped me get involved in so many ways. Whether I need to borrow a pair of shoes or need help studying, my sisters are always there!

What is your favorite place on campus?

  • Circle Park! I love all the trees and the walkway leading up to the Torchbearer. I enjoy studying outside and my friends and I love to have picnics when the weather is warm.
