What is your most memorable UT experience so far?

• Over fall break during my sophomore year, I participated in the TeamVOLS Alternative Fall Break trip. I went with a group of UT students to do service work in Augusta, GA. It was such a fun experience! I was able to meet a great group of friends who were all so different, yet we had our own desire to help others in common!

How did you decide on your major?

• My major is Exercise Science, which I chose because I want to attend Physical Therapy school after I graduate from UT. I briefly thought about teaching high school math and medical school, but I am so happy that I have chosen physical therapy! Physical therapists develop such a strong relationship with their patients and are vital to their overall recovery.

What is your favorite place on campus?

• My favorite place on campus is the Hill! I think it is the most beautiful spot on campus, and it has the most tradition! I love hearing the bell chime in the Ayres Tower and seeing all of the students relax in the grassy courtyard. But most of all, I love knowing that thousands of students have set foot on the Hill before me and that I belong to UT’s strong tradition.
